Thank you very much indeed for facilitating two excellent events yesterday. The feedback is overwhelmingly positive. I really enjoyed it and found it useful and will definitely put the techniques into practice.

The discussion was really helpful in focussing my mind on what I know, but keep choosing to ignore. I will take these suggestions on board and ensure I implement most if not all of them. For me it was useful to discuss with someone who has worked in operations.
